Project Manager – $100M Multi-Residential Development | Redcliffe

Permanent Role | Established Developer/Builder | Lead a Landmark Project

We’re partnering with a long-standing and highly reputable Developer/Builder with over three decades of successful project delivery across Southeast Queensland. With construction now underway on a major two-stage, $100M multi-residential development in Redcliffe, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of this flagship build.

This is a rare opportunity to join a privately owned organisation that controls the full development lifecycle in-house – from concept through handover. You’ll be leading a sizeable on-site construction team while working closely with a highly supportive senior leadership group who value professionalism, collaboration, and quality outcomes.

The Project

• Two towers, 12 storeys each
• Three-level basement
• Large multi-residential, staged delivery
• Significant opportunity to drive team culture and performance from early phases through completion

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a site team of approx. 10–12 professionals, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
• Oversee all phases of the project including design coordination, pre-construction, and delivery
• Establish and maintain strong project governance frameworks
• Manage cost planning, budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Negotiate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure commercial outcomes
• Identify and proactively manage project risks and opportunities
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met or exceeded
• Drive and uphold strong safety standards across the site

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ construction experience, including several years in a senior project leadership role
• Proven ability to successfully deliver large-scale multi-residential projects
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
• QBCC Open Site Supervisor licence is essential
• Confident communicator with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• A leadership style that is calm, solutions-focused and team-oriented
• Comfortable working to timelines while maintaining quality delivery
