Receptionist – Immersive Psychology Group

Subiaco, WA

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and compassionate receptionist to join our team at Immersive Psychology Group, a growing private psychology practice dedicated to client care and practitioner support.

About the role

This is a client-facing position where you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house experience for our clients and supporting our team of psychologists.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing client enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and empathy

Coordinating bookings and managing clinician schedules

Processing payments, Medicare claims, and health fund rebates

Maintaining accurate client records and handling confidential information

Assisting with practice administration, reporting, and compliance tasks

Supporting the Directors and clinical team with day-to-day operations

About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

Previous experience in a medical, allied health, or psychology reception role (essential)

A minimum of 6 months' experience in medical, allied health, or psychology reception work

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and professional manner

Excellent organisational and multitasking ability in a busy environment

Familiarity with practice management software (Coreplus preferred)

A high level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail

A genuine interest in supporting mental health care

Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
