About the Role: TRS Resourcing is seeking two (2) qualified and experienced Carpenters for a high-profile commercial hospitality fit-out project located across Melbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting venue build, delivering a polished, high-end finish that showcases craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from detailed architectural and joinery drawings/plans
• Install custom joinery, including bars, cabinetry, and feature elements typical of hospitality venues
• Complete structural and non-structural fit-out work (frames, partitions, finishes)
• Perform safe demolition of existing structures as required
• Collaborate with other trades (mechanical, electrical, plastering, flooring, etc.)
• Maintain high-quality finishes within tight timelines
• Work independently or as part of a team under site supervision

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification in Carpentry
• Proven commercial or retail fit-out experience (hospitality venues highly regarded)
• Own tools and reliable transport
• Current right to work in Australia
• Based in Melbourne
• Two recent employer references

Only candidates with relevant commercial fit-out experience will be considered.
