Procruit are seeking skilled and reliable Senior Carpenters for ongoing High-End Residential & Commercial projects across Melbourne.

Projects include Custom Residential, Townhouses, Schools, Apartments & Fitouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & coordinate daily site operations, delegating tasks and managing workflows.
• Interpret plans, organise work sequences, and ensure materials are ready when required.
• Maintain strict quality standards, inspect work, and ensure safety compliance.
• Liaise professionally with builders, supervisors, and clients.
• Proactively address challenges, implement solutions, and keep management updated

Requirements:

• Qualified carpenter with proven leadership experience.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting plans, schedules, and project requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
