Are you a seasoned Contract Administrator with a track record of delivering high-value commercial fitouts? Our client is undertaking a $15 million transformation of their own premises—two floors, 6000m² each—creating a premium space for a future tenant. This is a fast-paced, design-driven project where precision and independence are key.

The Role
You’ll be embedded with the project team from the outset, supporting the Senior Managers to establish the program, then taking full ownership of the commercial administration. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Procurement & Letting Trades.
• Processing subcontractor and payment claims
• Managing RFIs and variations (sub contract & tenant)
• Overseeing contract compliance and documentation
• Liaising with trades and consultants to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on commercial progress

About You
You’re confident working independently and thrive in a fast-paced fitout environment. You’ve successfully administered projects valued at $10M+ and understand the nuances of commercial tenancy builds. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially astute.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator
• Proven experience on commercial fitout projects $10M+
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, RFIs, variations, and claims
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a Project Manager
