This is a great opportunity to join a supportive finance team within a well-established organisation based in Perth's eastern suburbs.

We're currently partnering with a leading business that's seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to assist during a busy period. This role is being offered on a temporary basis for approximately two months, with the possibility of extension depending on workload.

**This role is looking to start ASAP, so you must be immediately available to start**

The Role
Reporting to the AP Manager, and working in a team of 3, your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end processing of invoices and payments
• Matching, batching and coding invoices accurately
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing payment runs and assisting with month-end duties
• Responding to supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
• Assisting the wider finance team with ad hoc support as required

About You
We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently
