Your Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle – invoice processing, project coding, approvals, and payments in Odoo

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and meet deadlines

Prepare and review bank reconciliations

Process and reconcile corporate credit cards using Prospend

Maintain supplier details in Eftsure

Ensure accuracy and compliance for audit purposes

Assist with timesheet management and payroll

Support general office administration (phones, travel, couriers, etc.)

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Assistant Accountant roles

Strong understanding of AP processes (construction/project experience highly regarded)

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy

Confident user of Excel and accounting systems

Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
