We're looking for a Bookings Manager to lead our reservations and functions operations - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating seamless dining experiences.

About the Role

As Bookings Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all restaurant reservations, group bookings, and large functions. ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from the first point of contact. You'll work closely with the management team to maximise seating efficiency, coordinate with front-of-house staff, and maintain smooth communication with the kitchen and events team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily and future bookings through our reservation system.

• Coordinate group and event bookings, including deposits and confirmations.

• Maintain guest records and preferences to deliver personalised experiences.

• Communicate effectively with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.

• Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth.

• Provide reporting and insights on booking trends and customer feedback.

About You

• Proven experience in reservations, bookings, or front-of-house management (hospitality experience essential).

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Proficiency with reservation software (e.g. OpenTable, or similar).

• A friendly, confident personality with a focus on guest satisfaction.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
