After completing a highly structured and in-depth training program, you will step into a leadership role—driving sales, leading a team, and engaging with your local community. You'll make an impact that goes beyond the norm in the hospitality industry.

In your day-to-day role, you’ll report directly to the Restaurant Manager, interact with customers, and demonstrate your ability to build strong connections with both guests and team members.

You will take ownership of a specific aspect of the business, showing pride in your contribution and a commitment to achieving excellence in line with our brand values.

The Candidate

• Our client requires 2+ years experience ina QSR/Fast Casual environment
• Experience leading, inspiring, and developing teams is essential - you will need to be confident in your ability to identify and nurture leadership potential to develop your team and promote internal growth.
• As a values driven brand you will live, breathe and embody these values day to day within your restaurant.
• A people first leader with a natural ability to motivate all levels
