Having opened its first Australian studio at the start of 2025, this international practice has gone from strength to strength and now looking to introduce a Senior Bid Specialist here in Sydney to help leverage on that success.

Working alongside the Directors, you will be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of submissions, meaning you will need solid copy writing skills, and an eye for finer details and design. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the business development CRM and consistently ensure contacts have remained up to date.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborative work with directors to plan business development and lines of business.

Independently develop and create detailed submissions following brand guidelines.

Constantly manage and update CRM system

Support with overall marketing collateral for presentations, awards and events.

Skills and experience

5+ years in a submissions or marketing role within the architecture/construction industry

Demonstrate excellent copywriting skills and knowledge on terminology.

Have relevant connections in the industry is desirable, not essential

Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
