We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Boat Hire Attendant to join our team. If you enjoy the outdoors, love working with people, and want a role that’s hands-on and customer-focused, this is the job for you!

In this role, you’ll be welcoming guests, giving clear safety briefings, and making sure they’re ready for a great day on the water. You’ll also help keep our boats and equipment clean, safe, and well maintained, while ensuring the smooth running of daily hire operations.

What you’ll be doing:

Greeting and assisting customers with hires.

Providing simple and clear safety instructions.

Preparing, checking, and maintaining boats and gear.

Monitoring returns, schedules, and safety requirements.

Helping with general operations and administration as required.

What we’re looking for:

A positive, friendly attitude and great communication skills.

Confidence working with the public and giving instructions.

Reliability, initiative, and a hands-on approach.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Boat license desirable but not required
