Fitzy’s is an iconic hotel on the Darling Downs bringing the very best of lunch, dinner, drinks, functions and more – 7 days a week A family owned pub with a long and exciting history in Toowoomba. While there has been changes to décor and layout over the years, some things stay the same – Fitzy’s is still the best place in Toowoomba to meet with friends, enjoy a meal and relax with a drink.

Given the ongoing success of Fitzy’s and the continued growth of our team – we are now looking for 2 x Gaming Attendants.

In this role you will be responsible for helping our gaming patrons, preparing and dispensing beverages and providing exceptional customer service.

Your main responsibilities will be:

· Ensuring excellent and professional client service all of the time

· Having a good knowledge of the gaming industry and environment

· Ability to communicate and liaise with management in order to keep the highest level of service for our patrons

· Follow gaming legislation, standards and procedures.

· Adhere to responsible service of alcohol and licencing provisions.

· Enjoy working in a team environment.

· Good conflict resolution skills

· Courteous manner with a welcoming personality

· Able to establish a good professional relationship with existing and new clients

· Good cash handling skills

· Managing Keno function

· A ‘ can do’ attitude with the ability to work autonomously when required

· Carry out RSG practices and have RSG license

Bar Attendants & Bistro staff

As we head into the busiest time of year we are also looking for Bar and Bistro staff. If you thrive in a fun, fast paced environment – we would love to hear from you.

· Have a passion for hospitality and great customer service

· An RSG and RSA

· Be Highly motivated

· Have a Positive attitude and team player mentality

· Ability to work weekends and nights
