This is a Fixed Term Part Time appointment for 6 months at 60.8 hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

What is our Case Coordinator role?

The position undertakes clinical needs assessments on patients with acquired brain injury and their families; identifies therapy and program goals then develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation programmes to optimise functional recovery and independence; effective and efficient management of a clinical caseload.
