Kalgoorlie PCYC is a dynamic community hub, providing young people with safe, fun, and engaging programs that build confidence, skills, and strong community connections. A key initiative is safeSPACE™ – a welcoming drop-in program that supports young people through positive activities, mentoring, and guidance from trusted youth officers as positive role models.
About the Role
As a Youth Program Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in developing and delivering exciting activities, building partnerships, and driving youth engagement for the program.

What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with young people
- Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Possess a qualification in Youth Work/Community Services/Psychological or other related fields.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build positive relationships

Established in Western Australia in 1941, The Federation of Western Australian Police and Community Youth Centres (WA PCYC) is a not-for-profit organisation that creates opportunities for young people through the delivery of two broad youth services: development (intervention) programs and recreational activities. We manage in excess of 50 PCYC Centres and Blue Light Units throughout metropolitan and regional Western Australia, as well as one camp facility.
