About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analytics and Intelligence Officer to join our Sydney Head Office in a part time capacity with 3 days for now . This position will support our management and operations teams by transforming business data into clear insights that guide strategy, performance improvement, and service excellence.

You will be responsible for analysing key business data across operations, developing visual dashboards, and producing reports that support evidence-based decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.

Analyse business data (enquiries, conversions, visa outcomes, student trends, and agent performance) to identify insights and patterns.

Work closely with senior management to design KPI frameworks and performance tracking models.

Monitor operational efficiency and recommend improvements based on data-driven evidence.

Assist in forecasting, financial analysis, and business planning activities.

Prepare monthly and quarterly analytical summaries for internal management meetings.

Manage and clean data from multiple systems (CRM, Monday.com, internal portals).

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across reporting platforms.

Automate manual reporting processes and improve existing analytical workflows.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or Commerce (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 2 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting role.

Advanced Excel and Power BI (or similar BI tools) skills required.

Strong understanding of data modelling, report automation, and visualisation techniques.

Experience analysing data from CRM systems, education or visa-based platforms preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
