Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Technical Business Analyst. This position is located in their busy Sydney office for an initial contract from 03/11/2025 until 23/12/2025.

About the Position
The Technical Business Analyst will play a key role in implementing a SaaS platform to enhance emergency management operations. You will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to document requirements, support testing, and ensure the system meets operational and regulatory standards.

Duties

• Document and map user requirements
• Review vendor technical submissions
• Attend demonstrations and clarify issues
• Support sandbox testing and documentation
• Advise evaluation committees on findings

Requirements/Skills

• 5+ years technical BA experience
• SaaS implementation and cloud expertise
• Agile methodology experience in government
• Multi-agency workflow and process design
• Strong documentation and UAT experience
