We are currently seeking a hands-on experienced Front Office Guest Service Agents/Receptionists (Full Time & Casual) to join our dedicated and professional accommodation team at the Oaks Redcliffe Mon Komo Suites.
Our ideal candidates for this hands-on role, will be a well presented individual, with at least one years' experience in a similar role in a similar environment. You are a first point of contact and a friendly face for the concierge of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Provide an exceptional guest welcome experience by upholding service excellence and ensuring front office and reception operations run smoothly.
Greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortably settled into their rooms.
Foster professional, clear, and honest communication to assist guests and manage accurate bookings.
Lead and support your team in delivering outstanding guest experiences and welcoming services.
Ensure all daily tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.
Address and resolve guest concerns in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate guest accounts and contribute to daily reporting processes.
Effectively manage team scheduling to meet budgetary requirements.
Checking-in/Check-out guests and settling accounts for departures.
Assisting guest requests including switchboard operations and reservations.
Completing necessary reconciliation and reports.
Coordinate and oversee the running of the hotel.
Availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
Proficiency in the hotel system CMS knowledge and of Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.
