What You’ll Do

Drive new business growth and generate qualified leads within your state

Develop and manage a portfolio of retirement property developers and property clients

Present compelling advertising and media solutions tailored to client goals

Represent Downsizing.com.au at industry events, meetings, and networking functions

Maintain an active sales pipeline and report on activity using CRM tools

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or media/property advertising

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Commercial mindset with the ability to uncover client needs and deliver solutions

High level of self-motivation, accountability, and independence

Proficiency in CRM systems and structured sales processes

Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (travel allowance provided)
