Vixen Bar & Entertainment is Brisbane's largest and most awarded Adult Entertainment venue, located centrally in the CBD in the Queen St Mall. We are a cocktail, premium spirits and Cabaret show style venue on Level 1, with luxury Adult Entertainment at VixenX above on levels 2 and 3. Regularly nominated as finalists for adult industry awards and previously nominated for Best International Showclub at the Exotic Dancer awards in Las Vegas, we take pride in providing the most luxurious and personalised service to our clients.

We are currently searching for a currently licenced Qld Approved Manager looking to take ownership of a premium late-night venue in a duty manager style role. You will be able to work to targets and to lead both a team of bar staff and entertainers at the venue with confidence.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to sales, service and systems standards, ensuring the smooth running of service during shift. A high level of attention to detail and ability to effectively delegate to staff is essential for success in this position. You will take the leading role in positively influencing your team’s performance in providing amazing service and building growth.

Vixen enjoys a cocktail and premium spirits driven bar and we have solid relationships with major alcohol brands. A key part of your role will be working with the Venue Manager to implement staff training and activations, driving revenue and brand recognition outside of just adult entertainment circles.

A candidate who is both open to and eager to learn the additional legal requirements and nuances of the entertainment side of the business is also essential. There are significant opportunities for growth in this area of the business. With this in mind, we also want someone who can think creatively and provide accurate feedback to help us improve our Entertainment systems and encourage Entertainers to work with the Vixen brand to grow mutually beneficial outcomes.

A current Qld RMLV and Approved Managers licence are essential. Current Qld Approved Controllers licence a distinct advantage.

Remuneration will be between 65-75k per year plus superannuation for a maximum of 38 hours per week, dependant on experience, with additional sales and target related bonuses available. Casual position of up to 30hrs a week can be discussed if preferred. If you can motivate and delegate to your team to drive revenue while working within a budget, you’ll be highly rewarded.
