We’re looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join both our soon to open Cardiff store and our Newcastle location.

Positions Available:

Baristas – Skilled in latte art, confident dialling in, and comfortable in a busy environment. Making exceptional coffee whilst keeping the energy high and the vibes positive!

All-rounders – Customer service legends with friendly personalities, great banter, and the ability to multitask. You’ll be the glue that keeps an operation running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing and serving consistently high-quality espresso-based drinks and other beverages

Engaging with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner

Handling food safely and efficiently

Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and inviting

Working collaboratively to ensure smooth, efficient operations

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Baristas and All-rounders with a genuine passion for hospitality

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Positive, team-focused attitude

Previous Retail experience is a plus, as a key focus of our business is retail coffee bag sales.
