About the role

All Seasons Air Conditioning, based in Glynde SA, is seeking an organised and customer-focused individual to coordinate our air conditioning service operations. This full-time role is integral to ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

What you'll be doing

Liaising with customers to schedule and coordinate all service and repair appointments

Dispatching technicians to job sites and monitoring progress of service calls

Managing the service booking system and maintaining detailed records

Providing excellent customer service and handling any inquiries or complaints

Coordinating the quoting, ordering and stock control of parts and equipment

Supporting the broader operations team as needed

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a customer service or coordination role, ideally within the HVAC or trades industry is highly desirable

Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and technicians

Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise and multitask

The ability to problem solve in a positive manner

Proficient computer skills and confidence using job management software.

Experience with Simpro software is preferred but not required

A passion for providing outstanding customer service
