Here’s what we need from you:

Qualified Cert 3 Air Conditioning Technician Refrigeration Mechanic RAC.

Solid with residential Heating and Cooling installations and servicing.

Great communicator and a team player.

Personable with the clients.

Reliable, physically fit, good with clients and takes pride in their work.

Keen to work smart, not just hard.

Able to use digital job management systems (we’ll train you if needed).

Your Responsibilities:

Install, maintain and repair residential and light commercial AC systems (ducted, split, evaporative etc).

Troubleshoot and diagnose faults with accuracy.

Complete quotes, job notes, and paperwork via our job management system.

Follow our SOP`s so that things run smoothly.

Liaise professionally with clients and the office team.

Provide quality training to our apprentices.

Maintain van stock and keep your work vehicle and appearance neat and clean.

Do your part to keep the company kicking goals.

Uphold our Core Values, Code of Conduct and add to our great work culture.
