Your next career opportunity: As the Admissions and Student Success Lead at Melbourne Online, you'll play a pivotal role in reimagining online learning for working professionals worldwide. You'll lead a team dedicated to creating seamless student journeys from application to graduation, aligning with the University's vision to enhance its position as a leader in higher education. This role offers you the chance to implement innovative strategies, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate across a diverse ecosystem to put students at the heart of everything we do. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of online education at one of the world's leading universities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Admissions and Student Success: Oversee end-to-end admissions processes and implement student success initiatives to enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Manage and Mentor Teams: Lead Admissions Officers and Student Success Advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
  • Drive Data-Informed Strategies: Utilise analytics to inform decision-making, improve processes, and enhance student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work across internal and external partnerships to develop and implement student success programs.

You may be a great fit if: You are an experienced team leader with a strong understanding of admissions processes and a passionate commitment to student success, capable of driving operational excellence in a dynamic online education environment.

You may also:

  • Have relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience in business administration or a related field.
  • Possess a strong operational mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement quality assurance frameworks.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Have experience in data analysis and making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
