IDP Education is seeking a highly experienced Program Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives within our Student Placement portfolio. This role is ideal for a senior professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about driving value and impact.

About the Role

As Program Delivery Manager, you'll:

• Lead the Value Delivery Office (VDO) to align program priorities with strategic and commercial goals.
• Oversee governance, delivery outcomes, and benefits tracking across a dynamic portfolio.
• Develop and maintain program and project roadmaps, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Drive business implementation and change management, ensuring successful adoption of new solutions.
• Manage program budgets, risks, and compliance.
• Represent IDP in internal and external forums, championing program success and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years' experience in program/project delivery, ideally in large, matrixed organisations.
• Proven success across multiple project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
