What we’re looking for:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Education/Education Technology or relevant field, with subsequent workplace application, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and/or training.
- Proven expertise in leading the design and implementation of institution-wide online learning initiatives, with a strong understanding of digital pedagogy, learning analytics, and inclusive design principles.
- Experience in supporting student learning development in a range of face-to-face and online environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills to relate to colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Advanced project and change management skills, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder digital learning projects on time and within scope.
