We’re seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a highly regarded civil contracting business with a strong track record delivering complex infrastructure and earthworks projects across NSW. About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering large-scale civil infrastructure and earthworks projects from start to finish. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordination, cost management, and quality assurance to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with specifications
• Prepare and review technical documentation, ITPs, and quality records
• Ensure environmental, safety, and quality standards are met at all times
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
• Contribute to project planning, procurement, and resource allocation

About You:

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil infrastructure and earthworks projects (bulk earthworks & transport infrastructure)
• Proven ability to manage project documentation, cost controls, and subcontractor coordination
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
