The client is a high performing Engineering Consultancy with great reputation. It has 7 offices situated throughout Australia.

It has a collaborative culture, sharing projects and expertise between offices. Project types include, Commercial, Industrial and Residential.

The structural design team works fluidly with the structural design teams in its other offices of which there are around 18-20 structural design engineers.

Mentoring happens with everybody despite location and the design team is led by a Lead Structural Design Engineer who has worked on some of Australia's most prestigious projects.

About the roles

Due to growth we are seeking 2 x Senior Structural Design Engineers who have worked in a similar Engineering Consultancy environment.

The first Senior Structural Engineer will work heavily on Industrial projects.

The second Senior Structural Engineer will focus on Commercial, Residential, Aged-Care, Education and Retail projects

You will work on projects in Sydney / NSW and interstate.

About the candidate

Ideally you will have:

• A minimum of 6+ years' of Structural design experience
• Previous Structural Engineering experience with an Engineering Consultancy
• Significant project experience in Australia
• Strong work ethic
• Team player, adaptable and flexible
• Familiar with a range of software programs
• Degree qualified
• Excellent communication skills including report writing
• Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards
• Demonstrated understanding of Engineering codes, construction standards, specs, procedures and construction techniques and materials
