The Opportunity
You'll join a respected civil business that has built a name on delivering large-scale land development projects across the East Coast. The business is expanding its footprint through Northern NSW and offers a fantastic opportunity for an engineer wanting to take ownership of their projects and grow within a supportive, structured team environment.

Projects range from $10M-$20M, including complex subdivisions, infrastructure, and associated civil works. You'll be working closely with a Project Manager who values autonomy, mentorship, and accountability.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of subdivision projects - from earthworks through to utilities and final trims.
• Manage daily site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
• Conduct quality assurance, ITPs, and project documentation in line with client and company standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to resolve on-site technical challenges.
• Drive strong safety culture and environmental compliance across all works.

About You

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in civil construction, ideally within subdivisions, roads, or infrastructure.
• Proven experience working for a civil contractor delivering projects of $5M+.
• Sound understanding of QA, cost tracking, and construction programming.
