Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Automation Coordinator to help us power up our campaigns and take our automation strategy to new heights. Based in our buzzing Sydney HQ, you’ll work to create campaigns and automated journeys that engage, convert, and delight.

What you’ll do

• Build, launch, and optimise campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention across the customer life-cycle.
• Collaborate with sales, service and content teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and data flow.
• Monitor and analyse campaign data to uncover insights, identify trends, and continually improve automation performance.
• Report on impact—from open rates to revenue attribution—so every campaign tells a results-driven story.
• Test, learn, and innovate—experiment with personalisation, A/B testing, and new automation tactics to keep BrightHR ahead of the curve.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Marketo essential; Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a bonus)
• Strong understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Creative flair for building engaging campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
• A passion for continuous learning, collaboration, and performance optimisation.
