The Role

We’re seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to support our strategic growth across international markets. You’ll help develop and execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and promote our services to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends

• Create and manage content across digital, print, and event channels

• Support lead generation and nurture campaigns to drive conversions

• Coordinate with external vendors (designers, media, production teams)

• Monitor campaign performance and report insights to management

• Assist in pricing strategy and promotional planning

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to optimize client engagement

• Manage social media platforms and community engagement

• Organize participation in education fairs, webinars, and industry events

• Track competitor activity and identify differentiation opportunities

• Develop culturally relevant messaging for international audiences

• Support CRM management and email marketing initiatives

• Contribute to SEO/SEM efforts and website optimization

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications

• Strong understanding of multicultural marketing and international education

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms

• Ability to interpret data and advise on pricing and promotional strategies

Bonus Skills

• Multilingual (e.g., Hindi/Punjabi/Tagalog)

• Experience in education or migration consultancy

• Knowledge of student visa processes and MARA regulations
