About the Role

This short-term contract runs through until 23 December while the current HR Manager is on leave.

You'll play a key role supporting the Darra site team - leading end-to-end recruitment across trades and office roles, assisting with day-to-day HR activities, and keeping things running smoothly.

Working alongside the General Manager and Payroll Manager, you'll be hands-on across everything from onboarding to employee enquiries.

Core responsibilities include:

• Writing job adverts and managing SEEK applications
• Partnering with managers to review PDs and shortlisting
• Coordinating interviews, contracts, and onboarding
• Managing uniforms, employee movements, and HR admin
• Providing basic ER and generalist HR support

About You

You're an experienced HR or recruitment professional who's comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a blue-collar setting. You'll thrive in a role where you can balance people support with process coordination and enjoy being part of a small, close-knit team.

You'll bring:

• Experience across recruitment and HR coordination
• A practical, approachable, and adaptable style
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with MS Office
• Familiarity with SEEK and HR administration processes
• Availability for the full contract period (to 23 December)
