About the Role

An exciting career opportunity exists for an experienced hospitality professional to support our General Manager in all facets of venue operations. With a succession plan, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

First-rate food and wine knowledge

A naturally engaging personality, with excellent communication skills and impeccable presentation

A genuine commitment to delivering superior guest experiences

Proven success in a hospitality management role, ideally in fine dining venues

A genuine desire to nurture and develop the people within your team

Excellent functions management skills

An enthusiastic, success-driven attitude.

Experience in a similar role is absolutely essential.

RSA and a current RMLV is preferable. Availability operational hours of weekdays and evenings and weekend days.
