About the role

As a QA Officer at Food and Pharma Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Working in our facility in Upper Coomera, QLD, this full-time position will see you collaborate closely with our production team and customers to uphold the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

What you'll be doing

Creating and Maintaining Quality Documents.

Conducting regular quality assurance checks and audits on raw materials, production processes, and finished goods

Analysing product samples and test results to identify and resolve any quality issues

Documenting all quality control activities and maintaining detailed records

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives

Staying up-to-date with relevant food safety regulations and industry best practices

Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures

What we're looking for

Experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing role

Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field(nice to have)

Strong working knowledge of food safety/HACCP/GMP TGA regulations and quality management systems

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels
