About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance & Quality Officer to join our team at LIQUIP SALES QLD PTY LTD' in Pinkenba, QLD. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in ensuring our operations meet the highest quality and compliance standards.

What you'll be doing

Develop, implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards

Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any non-conformances

Liaise with internal teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain detailed records and documentation to demonstrate compliance

Provide quality and compliance training to staff as required

Stay up-to-date with changes to regulations and industry best practices

Support the implementation of new quality systems and procedures

What we're looking for

Several years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance roles

Strong understanding of quality management systems and relevant industry regulations and standards

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools

Certificate or Diploma level qualification required
