Based at our modern facility in Yatala, QLD, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and regulatory compliance. What you'll be doing

Draft and review raw material specifications and finished product "free from" statements in line with TGA regulatory requirements.

Draft and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs) in accordance with product specifications and the TGA regulatory requirements

Conduct vendor assurance activities for raw and packaging materials.

Review and approve product labels in accordance with internal SOPs and ARTG listings.

Enter and verify Bill of Raw Materials in the company’s software system.

Perform and validate potency calculations for active raw materials.

Carry out in-process checks across various manufacturing and packaging stages, including:

Granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation

Powder and liquid manufacturing

Blister packing, bottle packing, pouch filling

Draft and review Product Quality Review Reports as per SOPs and TGA guidelines.

Support the QA Manager in implementing and maintaining quality systems, SOPs, and standards.

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in a scientific discipline, such as pharmaceutical science, chemistry, or microbiology

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a QA role, preferably in a TGA GMP-compliant complementary medicine or pharmaceutical facility.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with MRP systems.

Thorough understanding of quality assurance principles, practices, and regulatory requirements

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
