About the role

We are seeking a passionate Junior Sales & Design Consultant to join our dynamic team at Freedom Cabinet Australia in Osborne Park, Western Australia. As a full-time role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth for our cabinet and joinery solutions.

What you'll be doing

Providing personalised sales and design consultations to customers, understanding their needs and preferences

Presenting our range of cabinets, finishes and accessories, proposing tailored solutions

Preparing detailed design concepts and quotes for customers

Collaborating with the cabinet preparation and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Maintaining strong product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends

Contributing to team targets and continuously improving our sales processes

Visiting customers on site to confirm final design based on the measurement.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the cabinet renovation business.

Strong design, visualisation and presentation skills, with the ability to bring concepts to life

Training will be provided on design software and tools as proficiency is not required upon commencement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

Problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Relevant qualifications in interior design, cabinet making or a related field would be highly regarded

Must have Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position
