At Soltex, we design and install premium outdoor shading and all-weather systems that transform outdoor living across Perth. Our products feature in some of WA’s most stunning residential and commercial spaces — and our team takes pride in delivering quality, service, and style.

As demand for our systems continues to grow, we’re expanding our Osborne Park showroom team to make sure every new enquiry gets the attention it deserves.

About the Role

We’re looking for a bright and driven people-person to be the friendly face (and voice) of Soltex.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and gets genuine satisfaction from turning enquiries into sales.

You’ll:

Be the first point of contact for showroom visitors, phone calls, website, and email enquiries

Build relationships with clients and guide them through our product options

Prepare and follow up quotes and leads — keeping track of who’s ready to buy and who needs a nudge

Assist with day-to-day admin including scheduling, documentation, and customer updates

Learn the ropes of our products and projects, with the potential to grow into an external sales or design consultant visiting client sites

About You

You’re outgoing, proactive, and not afraid to pick up the phone. You’ve probably been described as “bubbly” or “full of energy,” but you also know how to stay organised and get things done.

You’ll bring:
✅ Confidence with people — whether face-to-face or on the phone
✅ A genuine interest in sales and motivation to close deals
✅ Solid admin and computer skills (experience with CRM or quoting systems is a bonus)
✅ Great communication and follow-up habits
✅ A professional, well-presented approach

Previous experience in retail, showroom, or sales support roles will help, but attitude and enthusiasm are what really count.
