The Role & Impact

As our Senior Interior Design Sales Consultant, you'll wear multiple hats and truly make a difference:

Work hands-on in our showroom, guiding homeowners, designers, and trade clients through tile selection and design solutions

Lead complex client consultations for residential and commercial projects requiring advanced design expertise

Support management with strategic initiatives and business development opportunities

Build lasting relationships with architects, designers, and high-end clients

Mentor junior staff and help elevate the entire team's design capabilities

Contribute to our growth by identifying opportunities and sharing your industry insights

Help shape our expanding service offerings as we develop new ways to serve clients

This is a role where your experience counts, your ideas are heard, and your professional growth is genuinely supported.

Please note this role includes working on Saturdays.

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for:

5+ years of Interior Design, architectural, or high-end design retail experience

Proven client relationship skills and genuine passion for creating beautiful spaces

Natural leadership qualities, someone others look to for guidance and inspiration

Professional qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Project management experience and strong organisational skills

Collaborative mindset with ability to work closely with management and support team growth

Established connections in Perth's design/building industry (highly valued but not essential)

Availability to work Saturdays to support our busy showroom schedule
