The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help expand a fast-growing SaaS platform that’s transforming property management across Australia.

You’ll manage the end-to-end sales process – from prospecting and discovery through to demo, negotiation, and close. This role suits a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build relationships, and is passionate about solving real business problems for clients.

What you’ll do:

Own and manage your sales pipeline, achieving and exceeding new business targets

Drive the full sales cycle from outreach to close

Convert inbound leads and source new opportunities through proactive outreach

Deliver engaging demos that connect product value to customer needs

Collaborate with Sales Leadership on strategy, planning, and execution

Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention

Represent the brand at events, conferences, and customer meetings

Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to team improvements

What you’ll bring:

3+ years’ B2B sales or business development experience (SaaS, PropTech, or Real Estate preferred)

Experience in selling to real-estate agents, or having worked in one so you understand their challenges

Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

Confident, engaging communicator – written, verbal, and presentation

Excellent organisational skills and self-management

Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

Energetic, optimistic, and results-driven attitude

A genuine interest in technology and improving the property management experience
