What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or the trade industry
• A genuine passion for helping customers and achieving results
• Interest in tools and hardware (training provided!)
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone with sales and product advice
• Promote deals, specials, and product bundles
• Maintain clean, well-presented merchandise and store displays
• Handle customer questions and issues with a focus on great service
• Work one weekend shift per fortnight (on an 11-day roster)
