Sydney Tools is on an exciting growth trajectory, and we're searching for a dedicated Retail Sales Specialist to join our successful Minchinbury team. Ideally, you'll come from a trade or sales background with great work ethic, a keen desire to learn and the ability to foster rapport with our trade customers.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and/or a Trade
  • A Drive to Succeed and Grow with the Market Leader in Trade Tools
  • Have a Genuine Interest in Tools and Power Tools
  • Able to foster rapport and build long-lasting Rapport
  • Demonstrate Basic Computer Skills to use our POS

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES

  • Driving Sales: Processing transactions for both in-store and phone orders.
  • Customer Engagement: Informing customers about our latest promotions and special offers, ensuring they get the best deals.
  • Problem Solving: Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently, offering effective solutions.
  • Store Presentation: Managing merchandising and maintaining engaging store displays.
  • Continuous Learning: Participating in regular training and development to deepen your power tool knowledge and enhance your sales skills.
  • Weekend Work: This role operates on an 11-day fortnightly roster, which includes one rostered weekend day each week.
