About the Role

You’re an experienced air conditioning professional who knows your trade inside out — and you’ve discovered you have a real talent for connecting with people. You enjoy helping customers find the right solution, explaining technical details with ease, and earning their trust.

As an Air Conditioning Sales Consultant, you’ll visit 4–5 residential clients each day across Sydney, designing system layouts, recommending upgrades, and preparing detailed quotations. No two days look the same, and your technical knowledge will help customers make confident decisions. If you take pride in your work and enjoy meeting new people each day, this role gives you the freedom and support to excel.

Duties

Conduct on-site consultations and assess client air conditioning requirements

Design and recommend optimal system layouts and upgrades

Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Manage multiple daily appointments efficiently and meet individual sales goals

Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure project success

Represent the Alliance brand with professionalism and pride

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in the domestic air conditioning industry (sales or installation background)

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Self-driven, reliable, and highly organised

Well-presented, professional, and confident dealing with clients

A positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow and succeed
