We are a well-established HVAC-R company seeking experienced, and reliable, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Refrigeration / Air Conditioning systems on our clients sites, which range from Hospitals and aged care and Large Cold Storage Facilities.

Whilst we are based in Penrith, our client base is predominately located in the following areas City / Eastern Suburbs / Nth Sydney / Penrith & Surrounds. So regular travel to these areas are required.

Apprentices are encouraged to apply - rate to be negotiated.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair Refrigeration / Air Conditioning systems in commercial properties

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with Refrigeration / Air Conditioning systems

- Perform regular maintenance on Refrigeration / Air Conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance

- Install and configure Refrigeration / Air Conditioning units and related equipment

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Communicate with customers to explain the work being done and answer any questions they may have

- Complete paperwork and documentation related to job tasks

Requirements:

- Proven experience as either Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Technician .Experience in both Air Conditioning and refrigeration not necessary but a willingness to learn the other side of the trade is

- Valid trade certification or license

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Refrigeration / Air Conditioning systems

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces

- Valid driver's license
