An opportunity has become available for a Parts Interpreter in Melbourne's Western Suburbs (near Werribee).

This role will suit someone who thrives on providing expert advice, delivering excellent customer service, and enjoys being part of a busy, high-performing branch team.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and supply automotive parts to trade and retail customers
  
  
• Provide accurate product advice and technical support
  
  
• Manage incoming enquiries via phone, counter, and email
  
  
• Assist with stock control, inventory accuracy, and branch presentation
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  
  
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and branch success

Experience Required

• Any relateable Tool/Trade Product, or Mechanic, or Service background would be ideal for this role
