About the role

As a Sales Associate within Team Charan at 64 Property, you will be an integral part of our dynamic real estate team in New Farm, Queensland. This full-time role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and closing successful residential property sales. You will work closely with our highly experienced real estate agents to identify and nurture prospective buyers, organise property viewings, and negotiate the best possible outcomes for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Generating and following up on qualified sales leads through various marketing channels

Conducting property viewings and open inspections, highlighting key features to potential buyers

Preparing and presenting detailed property reports and proposals to clients

Negotiating sale contracts and liaising with all parties involved to ensure a smooth transaction

Maintaining detailed records and providing regular progress updates to clients and management

Continuously expanding your knowledge of the local real estate market and industry regulations

Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks and other duties as required

What we're looking for

While prior real estate experience is valued, this can also be a perfect opportunity for a graduate student eager to learn more about the industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload

Up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry regulations

A keen eye for detail and the ability to provide a high level of customer service

A valid real estate sales license or the ability to obtain one

A passion for the real estate industry and a drive to succeed in a competitive market
