We are looking for Passionate Mortgage Brokers who are willing to expand their business and create a passive income over the years while partnering with Urban Money and together we explore growth avenues to build a long- term sustainable business. We have over 18000 broker partners working with Urban Money brand across the Globe and as we are expanding across states in Australia, we are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and detail-focused mortgage broker, who can resonate with our purpose and growth ambitions.

Benefits and support

Base Salary plus industry leading incentive structure.

You will get qualified lead support.

· For every successful transaction, you will be eligible to receive a 10% incentive if you achieve 1.75 times your set targets.

· Trial income (earnings during your trial period) will also be included in your total revenue for commission calculation.

· As a new to the industry broker take an advantage to generate more & more incentive on hitting the successful identification of cross selling opportunities across products and services like home loans, SMSF (Self-Managed Super Fund) loans, asset finance, consumer loans, commercial and development finance. we offer across our businesses.

The role will involve:

Business Development / Building Sales Pipeline and conducting client need analysis.

Responsible for Referral partnership with businesses and individuals for consistent Loan Referrals.

Managing End-to-End Product Advisory & Compliance according to the aggregator requirements and BID guidelines.

Attending meetings with BDM’s and internal training from time to time to sharpen the skillset.

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 Years of experience in Tele Marketing/ Call Centre/ Mobile Banker.

Minimum Qualification Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Attractive Incentive Structure:

• For every successful transaction, you will be eligible to receive a 10-20% commission on the generated revenue.

• Trial income (earnings during your trial period) will also be included in your total revenue for commission calculation.
