The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage Broker to join our Mount Waverley team. You’ll work closely with our Managing Director, Richie, and a strong internal support network to help clients secure the best loan solutions while growing your own book of business.
This role suits someone who thrives in a high-performing environment, values client relationships, and enjoys the flexibility to manage their own schedule.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, understanding their goals and lending needs.
Prepare and manage loan applications from submission through to settlement.
Liaise with lenders to negotiate optimal loan structures and outcomes.
Provide ongoing support and education to clients throughout the process.
Handle qualified leads generated by the business, while also self-sourcing new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all lender and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage broking or banking (loan writing experience essential).
Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Proven ability to generate business through networks and referrals.
A proactive, client-first mindset and a drive to succeed.
