OzShut is also a “Product Review” category winner for the last two years consecutively.

With monthly sales regularly exceeding $2 million, OzShut is expanding our Residential Division and are looking for Sales Consultants with a hunger to succeed. Starting as Casual, this position would become Permanent Full-Time after 3-6 months to the right sales achiever.

THE ROLE

Attending booked and qualified appointments with homeowners on a daily basis (no cold calling)

Building trust & rapport with your clients

Providing a product demonstration to display solutions to customer needs

Conducting house-plans & measurements

Calculating costs and negotiating with customers to close on the day

Working with the management team to exceed KPI objectives

Full training and ongoing support provided

THE APPLICANT

A true sales professional with excellent presentation skills

A true sales achiever who understands KPI objectives

A true sales closer who knows what it takes to succeed

Direct in-home sales experience well regarded but not essential

Ability to adapt and follow a proven selling system

Ability to work evenings and Saturdays with a day off mid-week in lieu

Possess current drivers license and own vehicle

Possess a current Police Clearance, or be willing to obtain one

THE OFFER

Casual status with full-time hours initially, then permanent full-time in 3-6 months

Applicable overtime rates for evenings and Saturdays

Allowances for car usage and mobile phone

Monthly sales competitions

Once full-time: $80K- $100K pa including very achievable monthly bonuses
