About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to lead, design and coordinate marketing initiatives that support our company’s growth and brand development.
This position plays a key role in strategic planning, market research, and digital communications — ensuring our marketing strategies effectively reach and engage a diverse, multicultural audience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.

Conduct market research, analyse trends, and prepare insightful reports to guide business decisions.

Create and manage engaging content for both Western and Asian social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, RedNote).

Coordinate advertising, media placements, sponsorships, and promotional events.

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful marketing outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital media management.

Proven skills in digital content creation, campaign management, and marketing analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Familiarity with Western and Asian social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, RedNote).

Experience in marketing within service-based industries (finance, property, or consulting) will be highly regarded.

Strong project management, analytical, and organisational skills.
