About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Event & Logistics Assistant who’s keen to dive into the events world and learn the ropes from an experienced, passionate team. This is an entry-level opportunity where no two days are the same — one day you’ll be managing logistics and admin, the next you’ll be on-site helping bring an event to life.

What You’ll Do

Logistics & Administration

Manage logistics administration for upcoming events

Book freight and hire equipment across Australia & New Zealand

Review equipment request forms and ensure accuracy

Assist the warehouse team with preparing stock, equipment, and packing lists

Event Delivery & Onsite Support

Support our Event Operations team with event setup, pack down, and coordination

Assist with front-of-house operations — ticketing, registration, and guest experience

Oversee casual event staff and ensure smooth onsite operations

Be the friendly face of our events, liaising with clients and attendees

About You

You’re a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You love solving problems, learning new skills, and pitching in wherever needed. You’re organised, adaptable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves (sometimes literally).

You’ll bring:

A passion for events, logistics, and creating memorable experiences

Great communication and teamwork skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when events are on

Driver’s licence
